Paternity is the legal process used to determine the biological father of a child. Paternity can be established in several different ways. A child born during a marriage is assumed to be the child of the Husband, therefore paternity is established. A child born outside of a marriage is considered the child of the Father if specific documents are in place such as a birth certificate containing the Fathers name or legal proof of identity of the parents.
Once paternity is established there several issues must be considered, such as timesharing, child support, and creating a parenting plan. Anthony J. Diaz having over 10 years experience can help ease the process of establishing paternity for either the Mother or the Father can assist with all other issues that arise during this process.
